Our Pastor

In July of 2001 the Dominguez family moved to Tucson from Los Angeles, where Pastor Dominguez served on staff at the Montecito Baptist Church. During their 6 year ministry in California, they had the privilege of taking part in the starting of a Christian School under the leadership of Dr. Ezekiel Salazar where Pastor Dominguez served as principal for 2 years and Youth Pastor for 6 years.

Pastor and Mrs. Dominguez are both graduates from Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, Indiana. They have been married for 14 years and have three wonderful children-Meagan, Nathan and Lauren.

In 1998, at the Annual Pastors’ School in Hammond, Indiana, Pastor Dominguez felt the call of God to start an independent, Baptist church. Through much prayer he followed God’s leading in starting Desert View Baptist Church in Marana, Arizona.

As the ministry of the church continues to grow and mature, it is their desire to serve you!
